Privacy Policy

Shronk Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Seek Faith mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you use Seek Faith, you may provide information such as the prayer intentions and reflections you write, the questions you ask, how you are feeling (the emotion you select before praying), and any preferences or settings you configure. If you enter your first name during setup, it is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You may also provide information directly when you contact us for support.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including device type and model, operating system version, app version, pseudonymous device and installation identifiers, general usage and interaction events, and crash and diagnostic data. This information helps us operate, secure, analyze, and improve the App.
1.3 Advertising Identifier and What We Do Not Collect
With your permission, we collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure the performance of our advertising, as described in "Advertising and Analytics" below. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or your browsing activity outside the App, and we do not require you to create an account to use the App's core features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- Generate personalized prayers and answers to your questions (see "AI-Powered Features")
- Personalize your experience and maintain your prayer history and activity logs on your device
- Deliver the notifications and reminders you choose to enable
- Measure, attribute, and improve our advertising
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the App
- Respond to your comments, questions, or support requests
- Protect against fraud or abuse, secure the App, and comply with legal obligations
3. AI-Powered Features
Seek Faith uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized prayers and to answer questions about faith. When you request a prayer or ask a question, the text you enter — such as your intention, how you are feeling, or your question — is sent securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, PBC, which processes it to generate a response that is returned to you.
Your inputs are used only to generate your response and are not used to train AI models. We do not retain a server-side copy of the prayers or questions you enter beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver your response; your saved history is stored locally on your device. Because your text is processed by a third-party AI provider, please avoid entering information you would not want shared in that way, and review Anthropic's privacy practices for more information.
4. Advertising and Analytics
We work with the following partners to understand how people discover and use Seek Faith and to measure our marketing:
- TikTok — if you grant tracking permission, we share your advertising identifier and certain app events (such as installs, paywall views, trial starts, and purchases) with TikTok to attribute and optimize our advertising.
- Google Firebase — provides analytics and crash reporting using pseudonymous identifiers and usage data.
- RevenueCat — manages and measures subscriptions using a pseudonymous app user identifier and purchase status.
When you first open the App, iOS asks whether you allow tracking (the App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you decline, we do not use your advertising identifier and do not share it with TikTok. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as described in this Policy:
- with the service providers named in this Policy — Apple, Anthropic, Google/Firebase, TikTok, RevenueCat, and our hosting provider Supabase — who process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies;
- to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Shronk Enterprises LLC; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you allow tracking, our sharing of advertising identifiers and app-event data with TikTok for advertising measurement may be considered a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time by declining or disabling tracking as described above, which we honor as your opt-out signal.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your prayer history, intentions, and reflections are stored locally on your device. Certain data — such as push notification tokens and preferences — and our content are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase). We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we store a device push token and your notification preferences on our servers (via Supabase) so we can deliver the reminders and prompts you have turned on. You can disable notifications at any time within the App or in your device settings, and you may request deletion of your stored token by contacting us.
8. In-App Subscriptions
Seek Faith offers in-app subscription purchases processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is not collected or stored by us. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for information on how Apple handles your payment data.
9. Sensitive Information
Because Seek Faith is a faith-based app, some information you choose to provide — such as prayer intentions and questions — may reveal religious beliefs or relate to your emotional wellbeing. We treat this information with care, use it only to provide the App's features (including generating your prayers and answers as described above), and store your saved entries locally on your device. By entering this information, you consent to our processing it for these purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
11. Your Rights and Choices
You may delete your saved prayer history, intentions, and other entries at any time within the App, and uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device. You can opt out of tracking-based advertising at any time as described in "Advertising and Analytics."
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); if you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of data associated with you on our servers (such as a push notification token), contact us at support@shronkenterprises.com.
12. Data Retention
Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data stored on our servers (such as a push notification token) is retained while it remains active and is deleted within a reasonable timeframe after you disable notifications or request deletion. We retain other information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
